Practice Manager Playbook - Email Headerss

The Practice Manager’s Playbook is a 6-month interactive certification program designed to elevate dental practice managers into confident, systems-driven leaders who can align operations, compliance, and team performance.

Hosted by Laura Johnston (My Dental SOP) and Stacey Peters (Ideal Practices), this program goes far beyond theory. It provides practice managers with practical leadership frameworks, risk-aware decision-making skills, and systemized processes that support a high-performing, legally sound, and culture-aligned dental practice.

Each month builds on the last — moving from leadership foundations to advanced operational and compliance systems — and culminates in a Capstone Project that demonstrates real-world application and mastery. Graduates earn a Certificate in Practice Management, validating their leadership, operational, and compliance expertise.

This program is ideal for Practice Managers who want clarity, structure, confidence, and recognition for the role they already carry.
