The Practice Manager’s Playbook is a comprehensive 6-month cohort designed for dental practice managers and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership, elevate compliance, and build high-performing, aligned teams. This interactive program blends practical training with real-world implementation, giving participants the systems, tools, and confidence they need to run a well-organized, compliant, and culture-driven dental practice.

Across six monthly live workshops, on-demand lessons, guided activities, and structured assignments, practice managers will develop mastery in leadership, risk management, team communication, delegation, SOPs, and operational excellence. Each module builds toward a final capstone project that applies everything learned directly to the participant’s own practice.

Participants receive exclusive access to My Dental SOP (6 months), a courtesy student membership with the Dental Compliance Institute, and a complete library of compliance, leadership, and SOP development resources—tools they can begin using in their practice immediately.
