Today’s Dental Practice Managers are expected to do far more than oversee schedules and daily operations. They are responsible for leadership, team accountability, communication, systems, patient experience, and compliance — all while helping keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently.
The Practice Manager’s Playbook was created to help practice managers grow into confident, organized, and strategic leaders inside their practices. This 3-month cohort combines leadership development, operational excellence, systems implementation, and compliance education into one structured learning experience designed specifically for dental practices.
Throughout the program, participants will gain practical tools they can immediately apply within their office while developing long-term leadership skills that support stronger teams, clearer systems, improved accountability, and sustainable practice growth. Participants will also complete a Capstone Project and earn a Certificate in Practice Management upon completion of the cohort.

Drawing from his extensive experience, he recognized a significant gap between the complexities of dental regulations and the practical knowledge needed by dental teams.
Duane has supported nearly 900 clients and over 1,500 dental offices. His expertise spans a wide range of compliance areas, including OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, Medicaid fraud prevention, and more. He is frequently sought after by attorneys representing dentists in administrative, civil, and criminal actions, as well as by government agencies on cases of suspected Medicaid fraud.
Beyond his consulting work, Duane is the host of the "Talking with the Tooth Cop" podcast, where he delves into various compliance topics, offering insights and guidance to dental professionals. His approach combines a deep understanding of regulatory requirements with a commitment to making dental offices safer for patients, dentists, and their teams.
